1週間ぶりです、さいたま赤十字のチューターです！
今日は清拭の実技テストがありました。
私は上がり症なので、どーも実技テストは苦手で…笑
今回は以前と比べて出来た感はあるのですが…（´×｀；）
そんなことを言って不合格だと恐いので、試験結果については話すのをやめます。笑
ところで清拭というものについてですが、ベットの上で体を拭いてもらいます!
看護の場では患者さんの体を拭くんですね。
実際に他人に体を拭かれるのは嫌！
と、言う人もいると思います。
ですがいざ、拭いてもらうと意外と気持ちいいのです（´｀＊）
初めは抵抗感しかないですが、暖かいお湯で拭いてもらうのは快適です♪
患者さんの抵抗感さえなくせば、きっと快適な入院生活を送れるようにできると思います
また清潔の保持にもつながるので、衛生面にもとてもいいんです！
と、教科書的なことを言いましたが笑
とにかく、清拭はプラスな「ことが多いのです♪
